Design concept
Generous round windows, extravagant materials and the characteristic tree in front of the building characterise the architecture and make the apartment building unique. The corporate design picks up on these elements: The tree can be found in the logo, while rounded shapes form the central component of the layout. Subtle typography and a pastel colour scheme round off the elegant yet playful appearance.
Brochure
The project brochure is the centrepiece of the marketing documents. It was produced on high-quality recycled paper with fine inclusions. Golden hot-foil embossing, fine typography and the impressive visualisations contrast attractively with the rough feel of the cover. The colour concept of the brochure reflects the design of the property.
Website
The homepage of the marketing website offers a special feature: the logo appears as an animation that builds up into a full tree. The first visualisation is also brought to life by a calm animation. All important information about the construction project can be found on the subpages. Sales plans and PDFs with building specifications and conditions can be downloaded from the download area of the site.
